How do you verify the quality and purity of your peptides?
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality control testing via independent, third-party analytical laboratories.Verification includes:
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all active batches are published directly on our Lab Results page or can be requested via customer support by providing your lot/batch number.
All peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. Lyophilization ensures optimal chemical stability, extended shelf life, and protection against degradation during transit.
Storage & Handling
- Short-term storage (under 3 months): Refrigerated at 2-8 degree Celsius or 36-46 degree Fahrenheit.
- Long-term storage (up to 24 months): Frozen at -20 degrees Celsius (-4 degree Farenheit) or lower.
Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening or reconstituting with lab reagents. This minimizes moisture condensation inside the vial, which can lead to rapid hydrolytic degradation of the peptide sequence.

Due to quality control and safety protocols surrounding temperature-sensitive research chemicals, unopened vials cannot be accepted for resale once dispatched. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or fails to meet the COA purity standard, please contact support within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
